Our VW Golf struck by a motorcyclist.
Vehicle towed to "Premier Auto Refinishers" in Selby without our consent.
While Premier had possession of car, we noticed on the Car Track GPS system (via web) that
car is being taken to taxi rank at 18:40 in central JHB at c/o Von Wieligh Str & Rosettenville Rd. The car remained
stationary there for approx 2 hours.
Vehicle was then taken to a shady looking garage / home in Turffontein (JHB) where it stayed overnight.
GPS then reported that vehicle was taken back to dealer next morning.
We approached Mr Shane Prim of Premier and asked to please explain why car left business premises and asked why it went to a taxi rank and garage / home on that particular night. He claimed that we talk nonsense and we must send him proof, which we did.
After no reply from Mr Shane Prim we phoned and asked to please explain.
His answer is that we are talking nonsense and the GPS system in car is faulty and he will not listen to us any more.
It seemed as if we touched a sensitive nerve the way Shane Prim reacted.
The car still at "Premier", because car sent back as job half done.
If you have GPS in car, check it when car booked in with Premier.
