FnB Premier is not Efficient

I applied for a personal loan in the morning through FnB premier, whom I've never seen value from as yet.
I did all of that and sent through the docs... I must have called in 8 times today for an update even though this call center lady said she will be calling me back. When i do it via personal banking, as an existing client, i don't have to sign anything, its all voice logged, but premier cant; that's questionable.

so i received an SMS telling me to fax in... Why because i sent all necessary docs. This woman didn't send them. So i resent them and called her back to ask why age didn't send as this now also delays the whole thing.

this woman got so defensive and didn't want to take accountability for the docs bot being sent to processing.
this premier thing doesn't add value to my life at all.
