I travel to Cape Town once a month and every time I go into Europcar, Tracy-Kay greets me very warmly and by name.
Last week, she was at the door welcoming customers and when I entered, straight away greeted me by name, walked me over to the desk for assistance and even remembered that I usually hire a GPS.
