I hired a vehicle for two days in Cape Town.
Upon returning home, and a day later, I duly received an invoice that was for more than double what I had anticipated the hiring fee would be.
I also received an email asking for feedback on my hire.
I duly completed the online feedback report and I complained that the charge was not what had been verbally agreed upon and signed for by myself when collecting the car.
The next day, I received a call from Europcar - Cathy - and she duly committed to investigate the matter.
I received my credit note today!
