I was appalled by one particular consultant by the name of Marco at Renew it Panel Beater over the arrogance he displayed when i was logging a complaint over the discrepencies I picked up over bad workmanship. He was quick to to state that my vehicle is old in the defence of the negligence and the poor service and bad quality work that clearly proves negligence from their part. I take pride in my assets irrespective of the age and look after them, so if someone has the ideology that things that have defects are part of wear and tear it simply means that he undermines my interests and value of what I own as a client.
The serie of event took place today @ approximately 8:40am to 9am 26August 2013 with the Presents of other consultants that would be known by Eddie Maseko who is also a consultant.
