INCOMPETANT AND UNHELPFUL

Purchased a new car from Opel in 2012 and ever since it's been a series of trouble from mechanical faults an utter inconvenience and to make matters worse the service received from McCarthy Menlyn has been absolutely appalling. Bear in mind that the mileage is only 11 000.
The 1st incident was the supposed faulty hazard switch which they had replaced and when the problem persisted, then only did the technician realize that it wasn't the switch but instead faulty wiring. I requested a fault report but was given excuses and never received anything for my record keeping. A few months later the service light kept flashing, took it in and found that the console bulb had to be replaced which I paid for. And now theres a disturbing sound when driving. The service manager Jim said it was the alternator and the belt tensioner had to be replaced, this on the second time taking it to them because initially they said they could not find a fault. No customer service or proper feedback received from them. Complete incompetence from a bunch of with zero customer care. A series of calls to do their job for them. I have to keep calling them??? My car is still not sorted!! I want results!
