I ordered a printer yesterday and the feedback I got was that I will receive the delivery on Wednesday.
By checking the Track and Trace I get the following message
"Service Error: An error occurred while connecting to the Aramex South Africa server. Please try again later."
Now like stated before I will not call your call centre due to the fact that they never get back to you I do not believe it is my duty to phone the delivery people because I paid you for this service.
I need this printer by tomorrow and that is the reason I did it through you, will I still get it tomorrow or not.
