I was involved in an accident and my insurance organised me a vehicle from Avis. As my car was not ready on time I was given an extension till the 23rd July. Today is the 19th August and I have not been given my deposit. I was told last week there was some mix-up when the extension was made but that it would be sorted by Thursday 15th August latest. Since then I haven't heard from them and when I did call on Friday I was told I'd get called back but silence. I'd just like proper feedback on the situation and for my deposit to be deposited into my account soonest. Please can someone help as I'm slowly becoming unhappy!!!
