I bought a car from Lisabank and I'm so disappointed with their service! Upon test driving the vehicle I pointed out the things which needed attention to the vehicle and PAMELA SANHEHWE assured me that everything would be attended to before the car goes for a roadworthy test and before I receive the vehicle. I went to fetch the vehicle only to find that the vehicle HAD NOT been attended to! I was told to book the car in for fixing but when I went there the car wasn't booked in and they couldn't assist me- Pamela and her manager Chris were so blunt and rude about it. To cut the long story short, I have to now fix the vehicle myself and Ford quoted me R6000. I let Pamela aware. Her manager Chris said " well unfortunately you bought a used vehicle and the best that we can do is give you R1000 to cover the costs". I am disgusted in his attitude and the terrible service I received. I am still given the run around over getting the R1000!! When I call I can't even get through to Pamela and she doesn't even get back to me. They are all friendly when still selling you the car but once you have signed the documents, they change faces and will give you grief! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED-STAY AWAY!
