Poor Service Mount Edgecombe

On Fri 30 Aug 2013, I booked my Ranger in for a service with Mt Edgecombe Ford. When I dropped my vehicle of I requested them to check the brakes as I suspected an issue. I made it very clear to the person assisting me that the vehicle is on a maintenance plan and if there was a need for any repairs that aren't covered i am glad to pay for it out my pocket. So in the afternoon they called me to fetch my vehicle and when I got there the service advisor mentioned that they have driven the vehicle and could not find an issue but he will ask the manager to test drive it and make a decision. This was quite late in the afternoon and I was in a hurry to get back to work so I declined that offer and went to vehicle only to find the vehicle dirty with black spots all over the bonnet. I was not impressed to say the least. The vehicle was cleaned and I was on my way. When I jumped in the van I realised that my van was not driven cos the mileage was exactly the same as when I left it there in the morning. Then as I was driving down the road I noticed a rattle under the van which has stopped from Friday to now. So i'm guessing something was loose/left and has now fallen off.
