I bought a Volvo S60 2.5T. I only enjoyed the vehicle when I drove off with it from their showroom. The next day oil marks were visible on my paving. Car was leaking oil and wheel alignment out. A week later, vehicle started smoking. I have spent already 12k in repairs and now the piston rings are gone and this is approx. 27k.

Violet the supervisor keeps referring me to an invisible dealer principal whom has not even once called me to follow this matter. Do they even care about a customer?
