I was very disappointed with RAM they refused to deliver, my phone at UMlazi the Ithala head office which is right at the beginning of UMlazi, its next to a police station a shopping centre and a magistrate's court they said they consider it a high risk area, what confuses me the most is all courier companies come here. I called and spoke to a very rude La-kite, who was not so helpful but eventually promised to send the phone the next day, which did not happen I called her again she was rude, I escalated the matter to his manager Mohamed Nazamie, who said Vodacom did not explain to them, I told him that I explained to La -kite, they were both unhelpful and rude I told them I would report them they told me to go right ahead. I have never received such bad service in my life., and such ill treatment.
