Purple Turle Movz moved my stuff from Polokwane to Nelspruit for less money than any other moving company that I got a quote from.
All my stuff arrived safe and sound, on the date they estimated. What more could I ask for?
I opted for self-packaging and when the team arrived on the day there was quite a bit left to pack and they did a great job at getting it completed.
A few tips I learned from my move:
- be very clear on exactly how much stuff you have so you get an accurate estimate. I came in below the minimum so that was less of an issue for me.
- read the contract clearly. if you anticipate a longer distance from their car to your door, any additional steps, etc - just know you will be charged for it.
- do your very best to reserve the parking spot right in front of your place, to guarantee that they can move stuff in right from there. I didn't do this and there wasn't a wide enough opening between cars right out front so they had to park a few cars
All that said, I would definitely call these guys again
