Good day, I booked my expensive Alfa Romeo Giulietta for the faulty boot strap harness to be repaired on my car yesterday. Upon receiving my car today after struggling with transport to get home yesterday and to work this morning I noticed how filthy dirty my car boot was left by this dealership and then to my horror noticed deep scratches on the rear bumper of my car caused by this dealership. After being a long standing loyal client of your brand I have had it now with this dealership and will never ever support nor buy your brand ever again after supporting this dealership for 6 years and I will inform all about my experiences with this pathetic after sales service. I insist that the CEO an only the CEO contact me and I don't care how busy he is to explain to me why I must endure this pathetic service as he is responsible for my dismay in being treated by your brand In this manner bing tarnished by this poor after sales service., whilst the sales staff is brilliant and the after sales service being pathetic.
