Shocking after-service from manager and employees

Never in my life have i experienced such poor and pathetic service from a company. I recently purchased my first brand new car (Ford Figo) from Ford Umhlanga which i thought was going to be a wonder experience but has truned out to be the worst dealership i could have chosen. For starters they never answer their phones and always promise to call back but they never do, not even when dealing with the top manager at the dealership. The car was sold to me with paint that had been touched up on the door, i never noticed at first as i was too excited but after taking the car home i saw it and the very next working day (Monday) i returned the car to the dealership and showed them. No one could explain why a brand new car was like this but told me it would be sorted out. They did attempt to fix it and in doing so they fixed the touch up and now my paint has a bubble in it which also needs to be sorted out. they took my car in today again and said it would all be sorted out by the end of the day but when i called them now it has not even been touched yet. They have given Ford such a bad name and rep when it comes to after sales and i would not recommend Ford to anyone. But they dont care!!
