DON'T DO ANYTHING AT AURIC BMW CLAREMONT
I sent car in for a service, the car went in 100%. On collection the vehicle had a central locking problem the one door. They then told us to deliver the vehicle to our client and then re-book the vehicle in for another day. 3 days later the vehicle went into BMW again... on collection of this vehicle, then there was nothing working, with a bill R 9000.00 and still a charge for the diagnostics R650.00 or they would not release the vehicle. This was then brought across to the dealer principle... and he told us to go and fly a kite. It was then escalated to Eric Scoble, with no response? And then sent BMW South Africa with no response. This is a very brief explanation of the story, but let me tell you that it became very rude and ugly from their side.
