I think Fedex is to big to accept new clients. The company that I am currently using keeps on forgetting my parcels so I phoned Fedex hoping to become a new client as a number of my company's suppliers use them, The operator that answered the phone did everything she could to make sure that I didn't use them as my new courier company I eventually got so angry I just put the phone down. She was very friendly until she asked for my account no. and I told her I'm a new customer that's when she stopped being friendly and basically told me off with out saying it. So Fedex ether get call center agents that know how to help clients or put a sign up on your website advising new clients that they are not welcome.
