I bought a Toyota Avanza 2012 model, and what i have realised is that most of this new Avanza's their seats are easily broken, and i tried to lay a complain i was told that they cannot assist me with those seat once the car is in my hands, as it is not a factory fault. I don't know if this is their way of making a quick buck since Avanza is one of their best selling car, now the back seat of my car is broken and i have to go and get someone who can fix it, my knowledge was that Toyota is one of the best, but with this cheap interior i don't believe it anymore, for the middle of the seat i have already fixed it twice. Before i wrote here i have realised that Toyota doesn't respond only their financial services do reply, for me it is too bad. I feel very cheated i mean really only nine months unlike the old Avanza it's interior is still in a good condition. Yes i know i'm using as a taxi local passengers use it everyday, but not this cheap material, if survey can be done you will be shocked. Haikhona man Toyota this not ayoba, no, this bad customer supplier. I really feel cheated in my pocket, even the mat cover is not strong is very cheap you can c the wiring in most Avanza, s mine 2
