After a minor accident, Mutual & Federal authorised my repairs at their drive in centre. I dropped off the paperwork with Danmar - and it took a number of phonecalls (4) to even get a answer on when they'd be able to accommodate the car. The repairs authorised byt M&F were replacement of the cracked bumper and boot lid on a 2005 Audi A3.
It was dropped off to them on 9th July... and 5 weeks later is still with them!! I've had limited feedback from anybody at Danmar, and only by phoning almost daily have I been able to illicit news from them.
5 weeks to replace a bumper and a boot lid!.. Surely this is a company that takes on too much work and doesn't have any clue on how to schedule workloads... and pays lip service to customer service. Perhaps if they'd provided me a courtesy car they'd have been quicker to repair my car?!? But hey when an insurance company or the individual is hiring a car what do they care - right?
