After visiting the Danmar autobody website, i had hope that my car will be fixed in no time because they claim to fix cars in three days, and also because my car needs a minor repair. The website also claims that Danmar autobody calls their customers frequently to keep them updated, i have received only 1 sms and 1 call within 4 weeks since my car has been taken in. On Thursday the 19th, i asked them if they can try and finish the car by the 27th of September because i need to attend a very important event on the 28th, they said they will get back to me, its 3 days later and im still waiting for their call... The website also claims that they offer courtesy car services, iv requested for one since day one and it seems like they will NEVER have one available. I have tried to lodge a complaint to their Head office but their email address does not work. I am stuck and im frustrated!! Some one please intervene.
