Yet again the customer service is pathetic. Thibe assured me that he will call me on Thursday with feedback but didn't because he was on 1/2 day leave for the long weekend. Aiden called on Monday and assured me that someone will call me back. Nobody did. My car is at the garage for 6 weeks now. The astra J is a problematic vehicle. People, stay away from GMSA products. The vehicles are troublesome, service is poor, technical skills are lacking and computer systems fil as much as the cars do.
I am now advising as many people as possible to refrain from supporting GMSA as they will be faced with incompetence and poor quality vehicles
