if this person did not want to handle the query then why did he/she put her details on the previous email to say contact them if needed? and number 2 why can they not answer their phones??? number 3 i think there is a more polite way in dealing with a customer not just saying see below and assist.
Evidently she sounds annoyed at his/her job or at me however i dont feel like i did anything wrong.
poor service, poor feed back poor attitude. it is a poor reflection on the culture of the company! if this is how employees treat customers then we should consider using other courier companies, ones that value their clients!!!
