I was at the Panelbeaters as my Clio 4 went in for repairs and I had called Renault fountains so that I can get the code for the radio. When I called I spoke to a very nice lady who took down my VIN number. She said she needs to put me through to a sales consultant. She tried with Kallie but his line wasn't available. She then put me through to Salven, I explained to him my problem HE RUDLY told me that when you put the battery in then it will work. I told him that I have the car on and the battery is in but it is still asking me for the code. He told me this is not my problem AND CUT THE CALL!! This isn't the 1st time that I have had an issue with him. I will never buy another RENAULT in my life ever again!!! The service I received from Salven has put me off for life!! I do not understand how you have such rude people working in sales! Kallie called me back and I told him the problem he asked if everything was sorted out and I told him the lady called me back with the Key and my radio is working. But I told him about my experience with Salven and he says he doesn't know why me and Salven have these issues... if he was like this with every customer it would be different.
