Renault Fountains, my worst car buying experience of my life.
I bought a Qashqai from Renault Fountains the 12th Oct. The window had chips in that took the 6 weeks to repair. Part of the deal was an R2500 as a payment for the vehicles next service, still not paid. They Even at one point passed the buck to the employee, who of course did not pay me the money.
I paid R 3500 for "Services", but I collected the vehicle myself and then they told me after 8weeks that they could not register the vehicle and that I should do it myself!! What services did I then pay for?!
Not the sales manager or the principal dealer ever called me back.
I now registered a claim with the Consumer protector for R 6 000
Also logged a complaint at Imperial Select who does nothing... JUST GO AND BUY FROM A McARTHY DEALER!!!
