After a bad experience with Renault Menlyn, I eventually settled for another clio at Bryanston. I now have the car for 2 weeks and the after sales service is unacceptable as I have been trying to get hold of the Bryanston sales consultant for a week now to get my wheel allignment sorted out and he and the manager doesnt even have the decency to phone me back after I left numerous messages. Is this tipically South African or is it just Renault in General that doesnt know what the word 'service' means. I will be taking this up as far as I can as I had enough of bad service from Renault and any other service provider in my life.
