I have my new Q7 for 2 days. It has 300km on the clock. They sent out a "driver" to come and deliver and fit my new number plates. The first pop rivet is incorrect and it can't be used with the machine. But no problem for them, they just change the color size of the rest of the pop rivets and leave that one with the steel end to stand out. Job well done! NOT! This is after they scheduled a meeting for 16:30 and only pitch up after 5. Now it takes them 20 min and 3 phone calls from me to get hold go the sales manager. A manager that has the nerve to tell me with a very bad attitude that they can't help me and that I will have to wait until Monday to get this fixed. This is now my new car which I want to show friends and family over the long weekend. Once asked if he will be satisfied driving like that the weekend, his response: " I don't want to talk to you anymore and Ask your husband to call me". This is after they still owe me money, which has not been refunded. This was one of the worst customer care experiences I ever had and will tell all that Audi is not worth the buy if the service is. If that is the pride they take in ensuring that a customer is satisfied.
