What BAD service getting my Range Rover Evoque!

I purchased a Range Rover Evoque 4 weeks ago. Emails concerning the rate at which the banks would give me were rude and I eventually got a rate that was okay. Then accepted the vehicle. I then continually asked for banking details from the financial manager who did not give me a response. 2 weeks later I was being hounded by the sales man for the deposit. I still had no bank details and he supplied me with them.

The back slip cover part of my car is missing and i informed the sales man. It has been "coming" for 2 weeks now.

My temporary registration plate has expired. I call him on a daily basis to try and get hold of the person responsible for this and I swear if I get fined Ill be sending it to them.

After spending so much money is this the type of service one expects? Never. Its disgusting
