COMPLAINT: RANGE ROVER E VOGUE

Good day
On 2011-09-11 I traded my Mercedes C250 in for an E Vogue Range Rover.
I simply fell in love with this vehicle but there was a message on the vehicle reading 'SERVICE REQUIRED'
The appointment was made but unfortunately at the wrong place, and I went to LANDROVER PMB on 19 September And found that my name did not appear on their books, however I did ask the lady to please look at the vehicle as the camera is Not working properly, she than called a worker from the workshop who looked at it and said it must be replaced, however The lady informed me that she was fully booked until end October and my matter is not serious, she would only attend to Serious matter, I explained to her that something that is not serious to her could be life threatening to me, I also phoned the Salesman Mr Ebrahim and informed him of my experience and he was shocked and told me that he would follow it up, On Monday 2013-09-23 while reversing I bumped the back of the vehicle against the wall because I could not see the wall in the camera.
The vehicle is now damaged, and on Tuesday 2013-10-01 I received a call from Land rover PMB informing me that the vehicle is booked In for them to check the ca
