I previously opened a case against Fury and Ford south africa over a host of issues with my new Ford Ranger double cab.
Whilst Ford South Africa themselves are yet to meet with me.
Warren Foyn (Dealer principal) at Sandton together with Gareth Booyens (sales person) went out of their way to resolve my issues, and my vehicle was replaced by the dealership.

Thank you for the great service, the replacement vehicle has done over 8000km with only a loose seat trim being experienced, Fury Sandton has a customer for life.
