Wow! Bought our vehicle at Fury Hyde Park (GM dealer). Great service from Azarel. Then took our car bck there for service. Azarel not at this branch anymore, but still goes out of his way to help us, the customer. Arranged service at Fury. Get to Fury on 13/3/13-you get greeted friendly by every1, even if they have nothing 2 do with your service. Workshop manager, Gabriel, what a nice guy. I just couldnt believe the service I got, then get put in2 the hands of a VERY competent Pearl who is extremely well spoken & just knows how 2 deal with customers. No hasstle whatsover. My husband got phoned with quotes. I got phoned 2 be informed car is ready 4 collection. Bck at Fury 2 collect car. Jaco helps while Pearl is busy with another customer-friendly, helpful! I am so concentrated on good service & easily lodge a complaint, but I had to lodge this compliment! I stay in Roodepoort & there r closer GM's 4 me 2 take our car 2, but I will drive this distance to Fury everytime. You get treated like a VALUED CUSTOMER.Azarel, Gabriel, Pearl, Jaco - I salute you! Your employer should be extremely proud to have you as their staff. I cant really find my words for the good service you rendered to me! Well done.
