Just over a month ago I had a problem with FedEx in East London failing to deliver my parcel. After intervention from head office the parcel got delivered by the depot manager with an apology because his staff had about us not being home. Now the same thing is happening, we are informed by FedEx that they have tried to deliver 3 times which is not true. we have guests here that can verify that no delivery attempt has ever been made. My wife got a voice message from FedEx on Tuesday morning saying that they couldn't find our address and to please phone back. She did several times and the phones went unanswered, she left a voice mail asking Fedex to phone back, they never did. I vow never to use any company that uses Fedex as its delivery agent ever again. A month ago the manager found our house on the first attempt and yet in the space of a couple of weeks no one can find it?
