Placed order and paid on 14 December 2013, was promised delivery on or before 18 December. Eventually drove 200km round trip to FedEx depot to collect in person on 3 January 2014 (after phone calls to both EyewearSA and FedEx). The address on the shipping label was incorrect (invoice with correct address was inside package) and there was no contact number, even though I supplied two.
Very poor service from both EyewearSA and FedEx. Will not be making use of either company again.
