Hi,
I previously filed a complaint against Fedex, and was called back the following day by a Fedex worker. She told me she would investigate the situation further and call me back. This was more than a week ago, but I have still not heard back from her yet. I am also still waiting for an apology from Lynn Davids, and an explanation as to why she to me.
