I hired cars from Hertz Cape Town during January 2013, and from Durban in April 2013. In bith cases they, after 3 - 6 months still deduct money from my Credit Card. In the Durban case, it was for fuel. I send them the receipts where I filled up in Umhlanga Rocks (nearest filling station from King Shaka Airport). They paid me back. Now, after 6 months, they deduct money from my Card for the Cape Town to George rental, without sending a invoice to me for authorization. How can they just bill youu without warning/approval? My Company have to pay these expenses, and if they just deduct without warning or proof, I never claim it from my Company, and also cannot claim without Invoice. If they do this with every person, they will make a of a lot of profit without any edpenses. This must be investigated by Governmens and by the Custom Protector. I never had this problems with Budget, neither with Avis. I need them to pay me back and stop tapping my Credit Card without my authorization.
