My statements were given to an unauthorized person. Upon enquiring about this I was informed by Xolani Jamjam that Area Manager Riaan Smit is attending to this. After numerous e-mails to Riaan he advised that the matter is with their Division and on 8/713 (4 weeks later!) he informed me that the person who gave out the statements replied as follows: "Hi Riaan I remember the number our regular client come to ask for the itemized billing for all the company numbers and she gave me this cell no 0836356697 as will. she said the company is giving the employers the number so I didn't think that this number belong to someone else that was my mistake. I am so sorry about this next time I will be careful because this is the people's privacy." Riaan also said he is having a meeting with the Franchise owner to discuss the matter further. I have once again send several e-mails to Riaan requesting that I need to know who "our regular client" is and for which company and also if he managed to discuss the matter further with Franchise owner. Up to date I have not received answers from him. I am extremely unhappy about this because it is confidential. I am considering legal assistance.
