On 28/07/2013 I booked a vehicle at Port Elizabeth to use in Johannesburg for 3 days and then drop off in Vanderbijlark on Sunday 04/08/2013.Upon arrival at OR Tambo agent BUHLE informed me that vehicle can not be left at Vdbp because that branch is closed over weekends. And I will have to return vehicle to OR Tambo. I informed her that I was assured that it is possible. She then phoned somebody and told me that I need to return it by 13H00 on Sunday.

Upon my arrival at Vdbp branch I was assisted by Neil who I informed that I filled the tank with petrol. He then told me to produce the slip as this is company policy and should have been informed about this by the agent. who assisted me. The agent did not ask me any questions regarding assurances nor informing me regarding fuel policy. She only requested drivers licence and credit card. I only realised what the deposit was when I received an sms from my bank. We as customers don't know all these things and should have been explained to me before I make the decision to rent vehicle, but had to take vehicle because card transaction has gone thru.

I feel cheated with this treatment. Next trip in Sept I will try another company.
