My name is Alicia Philip from Sasol Secunda, i was rented a vehicle on Sunday 17th of November 2013 from Europcar Secunda branch as i was booked on a course, today the 19th of November 2013 at approx 19:30 i had arrived back from my course to return the vehicle, i had removed all my valuables from the vehicle but had forgotten my wallet in the drivers side door, 15 minutes later i had realised that i had forgotten my wallet. I then proceded to call the branch, they had informed me they found it and i should come pick it up, when i had arrived i firstly had a look inside my wallet, to my surprise i had found that about R500 was missing, i then stressed my concern to the divisional manager who was there, who then told me that they would have to do an investigation before accusing anyone but other than that all i recieved was a business card and them telling me they will let me know tomorrow, this is a warning aswell to other users that please dont forget anything in any vehicle as i do not want you to become a victim of just like me.
