Extremely Frustrated and Disappointed

What a totally disappointing experience. I booked a car for collection on 13.02.2013 @ 6am. Firstly I was told that the keys are locked away and the person with the key was on his way. 15 minutes later I was told that the vehicle is at their depot and I can only get it in 2 hours. I was offered alternatives and I agreed to taking a Vivo Hatch instead of the Polo Bluemotion. Upon my return I had refueled the vehicle and handed the receipt to the consultant to make a copy as I would be discounted for refuelling. I had also requested that I be refunded the difference between rental of a Group G and Group B vehicle. I was assured that this would take place. To date nothing has been done. I enquired about it on 18.02.2013 with the contact centre and I was informed that I was billed for extra km's, a refuelling fee and still the group G cost. I requested the refund for refuelling and the difference of the rental fee. I was informed that it will take 48 hours. 1 week later on 25.02.2013 and still no response. Lodged another query because according to the consultant the previous consultant had not logged it. He assured me this will be done. It is now 08.03.2013 and still nothing. Pathetic
