I bought my second car from Imperial Select, and in 3 years the service has gone so much worse. To summarise the main points:
1) Failed to settle the value of my I traded in, resulting in paying an extra instalment on my traded in car.
2) Am still waiting for cheque to clear 5 days later to get my instalment back.
3) Sales Executives feel it is appropriate to use profanity in calls with Client when you complain about the shocking service. Things like the "f" word should not be used by the sales executive who just made his salary off your new purchase.
4) Am waiting 2 weeks for them to replace the back cover on the inside window, after breaking the outer cover when trying to fix it the first time.
5) They take short cuts by putting your new plates on with double side tape, vs the brackets. Ands then take objection when you insist they take it back and do it again.

Imperial Select have good deals but their sales and supporting staff have no concept about customer satisfaction. I would say stay clear if you want a stress free purchase.
