I purchased a hyundai i20 (used) two months ago, from hyundai bedfordview i made all the necessary payments, they did not register for the renewal of the disc which they had to do but i was informed that i will be refunded for the payments if i do it myself, i took the car myself and forwarded the proof of payment to their office two weeks ago when i call i am send from pillar to post. they did not provide me with the service book i have been requesting the service book for the car as it is due for service with no success. was informed that the sales person has resigned but the gentleman that is assigned to assist me has been sending me from pillar to post, i have given them my numbers they don't call me back, i briefed my attorney to follow up for me as my work require a lot of my time and i cant do the follow up myself, they are not giving him answers and they are asking him for my numbers. i called them myself i have send emails informing them that i am loosing out on my work and my telephone bill is being affected by the phone calls that i have to make and told to hold with no reply.
