I went to GWM Bethlehem this morning, i went to look at a black polo they have on their used vehicles. I went in and there was an old sales guy, I told him I would like to take a look at the car in question and he said its sold. I went out and as I was walking another guy came out and said no the car is not sold. I went back and the old dude came up with some explanation that i didnt believe.
He opened the car, I sat on the drivers seat. I asked him if the car has a full service history, he said yes. I then opened the glove box to get the service book. He said '' what are you looking at coz i told you the car has full service history'' and then he said ''you people dont trust us, and its you who we don't trust'' ...not only do they have service they are also in my frank opinion. If I'm gonna be spending R85 000 on the car, are'nt I suppose to be looking and double checking everything? It was a nice car, but I rather go to vw and spend a lot of money for awesome customer service.
