Towbar for 2nd hand Discovery 4

I bought a used L/R Discovery from this dealership more than a year ago. I only realized very recently that the (removable) factory fitted towbar was missing from its storage location when I wanted to hitch our bike trailer.

I phoned the dealership and explained Pedrie the situation.

No excuses were made, they apologized and advised that they will arrange the necessary. I received a call 2 weeks later confirming what the delivery address should be and today I received a brand new tow hitch at my business address in Johannesburg via courier -all expenses paid.
THAT IS SERVICE!!
