My Toyota Fortuner was serviced on 2013.07.16 (major service). Experienced some problems regarding attention to detail. Had discussions and email communications with Desiree & Jacques. We agreed that the vehicle should be checked on my return from Kruger Park Lodge for my long trip to Botswana & Namibia. Arrived at the Dealership on 2013.08.05 @ 08:32. The vehicle was inspected by technician & then again by Jacques. This really was great service and appreciate the concerted effort to ensure that my vehicle is ready for the long trip.
