Compliments to Durban South Toyota for excellent customer service by replacing my 2011 Fortuners' diesel fuel filter, at no cost, even though I was not a customer. This decision is at the particular Service centres' discretion and for vehicles usually serviced there but Durban South came to the party and kept a customer happy.
This vehicle was purchased new at Hillcrest Toyota and always serviced there, yet Hillcrest Toyota was not even interested to assist, despite having recently done the 50000 km service!
Guess where my vehicle will now be serviced. I'm also considering buying another new vehicle so this Toyota agent will be the first to be approached.
