I took my car for a service & they failed to inform me about my water pump being faulty - this caused my engine to break.
Now they say they have informed me since it does appear on the job card. Things that they have informed me of was put down as a quote & on that quote the is no water pump being mentioned.
They are refusing to admit that they are the ones at fault since they never informed me about something they picked it up which led to my vehicle being badly damaged.
