Poor service from Kia Multifranchise - Stikland

I bought a new Kia and had Kia install a towbar on my new Sportage. They botched the installation and water started leaking into my spare wheel cavity. I took the car in to have it looked at and repaired. They admitted that the installation was faulty and that they will fix the installation and the electrical unit controlling the trailer lights (which shorted as a result of the water leak). The part was on back order and they would inform me when it has arrived to install. That was more than five months ago. In the meantime the car is still leaking water into the spare wheel cavity, the other electronics in the vehicle are affected now too and I still can't use the towbar because the unit controlling the trailer lights still hasn't been replaced.

After numerous emails and calls to Kia Multifranchise in Stikland this matter still isn't resolved and by the looks of it they will keep on ignoring the issue.

I emailed the customer service manager at this branch as well and he was anything but helpful in this matter. They are tarnishing the reputation of an otherwise good product with their lack of service follow through and neverminded attitude towards their customers.
