I took my car to be repaired for a minor dent on 13 July 2013. After ten days I called only to be told by a person called "Mac" that he must finally be honest with me and told me that the painter had not come to work and they did not have anyone to spray my car.
I then called Raymond the workshop manager, who told me that Mac had been put in charge of the workshop and had not been able to do the job properly, so this is why there was a problem. I told him that I am not interested in his company problems and he promised that my car would be ready on 31 July. I have called so far over 10 times and have not been able to speak to Raymond, nor has he told me when to collect my car
I finally called the Managing Director, Leonard on 31 July. He promised to call back and I wait in anticipation of that call.
This service is unacceptable and I will certainly report back to the Insurers who are actually paying for the repairs
