I wanted to buy a new car. For Cash. Went to look at Mercedes Rivonia. I had been there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement of my presence. When I asked for the sales manager I was curtly told that he/she was busy on the phone. After a further 5 minutes of being ignored, I left and went to Audi.
I wrote to the Manager at Mercedes and needless to say have received no response. I am not surprised that they are a company who does not respond. If they had this attitude in Europe they would all be fired.
