Terrible service

Ford Figo with terrible squeak in the left front suspension, the problem cannot be solved. the car has been in over 5 times and no solution has been found. Their customer service is shocking, they never call you back, you have to keep on calling to find out what is happening with the vehicle. Waited 8weeks for a spare part, car went in, to be told it was the incorrect part, new part would be delivered the next day, a week later had to call them to find out what was happening. Now have been told is due to the vehicle being in an accident, I bought the vehicle brand spanking new, and I have never been in an accident with it. Buks has said he will research to see if anyone else has had this problem, and call me back. Ja right, I wait in anticipation for that call.
