I took my car in for a cutting out problem and they told me it was a problem with my clutch switch which they replaced for almost R1000. I phoned another ford branch and they told me the part only costs R122 and is a quick job to do. I queried this with them to which they told me "well that's what it costs" in a very rude tone. It turns out that that wasn't even the problem because my car was still cutting out. They now tell me it is a problem with my alternator which is going to cost me another few thousand rand. I asked to see a diagnostics report or speak to someone about it and they told me they can't do that. Whenever I call to find out what is happening with my car they tell me they will find out and call me back, I have called several times and am yet to receive a call back. I also ordered spare parts from them which they forgot to order. I have asked several times for an invoice to be emailed to me and have not yet received one.
